If you have purchased in a store but not online, you may need to register a new account. If you have previously received points for purchases in-store, your current email address will link your points to be used online.
To reset you password click this link and enter your email address.
Please note, If you haven't logged in online for a while, or the Reset Password email hasn't arrived in your inbox or junk, please create a new account with your current email address, and any existing points will automatically transfer over.
To check your points balance, go to our homepage and click the ‘Check Rewards’ tab at the bottom left of our page. If it’s asking to log in, please do so first.
To redeem points, make sure you have logged into your account first, click the ‘Check rewards’ tab at the bottom left of our homepage (see How do I check my points balance? above) and select ‘Redeem’ from the available vouchers. You can scroll on this page to select higher amounts.
Please note that only one voucher can be redeemed per purchase, so select the maximum amount you wish to use.
You can only use one coupon per transaction. If you have created multiple vouchers we can merge them together for you providing they are still valid. To do this, please email us at [email protected] or send a message in our online chat.
