Returns Policy

Online Purchases:

For full-price items bought online (excluding jewellery), we offer a refund or store credit within 7 days of receiving the item, if it meets return conditions. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale Items:

For sale items purchased online (excluding jewellery), we provide an exchange or store credit for change of mind within 7 days of receiving the item, with a valid receipt and in original condition. No refunds are available for sale items unless they are faulty.

Final Reduction Items:

No exchanges or refunds are offered for items marked as final reduction.

In-Store Purchases:

In-store purchases (excluding jewellery) can be exchanged or credited to store credit within 7 days, given return conditions are met.

Return Conditions:

• Item is unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and resalable

• Item is undamaged

• Proof of purchase is provided

• Original packaging & tags are attached

Refund Method:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days of approval. Shipping costs for returns, except faulty items, are the customer's responsibility.

Faulty Items:

If your item is faulty, you're entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us with a description and photos of the fault at info@adolfodominguez.com.au.

Online Returns to Stores:

Online returns and exchanges are accepted in our Australia-wide stores. Items must be in saleable condition and returned within 7 days from the order date.

Returning Online Purchases:

Contact us at info@adolfodominguez.com.au within 15 days of ordering for return arrangements. Use our shipping link to attach the courier label for return.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles are not available through the online store. Please follow the returns process and place a new order. Exchanges can be made in our Adolfo Dominguez Australia stores nationwide.
